The 4” dredge is easy to mount, lightweight and extremely powerful. Back flush and extended tails included as standard.
We supply all hoses, fittings and brackets needed for an easy mobilisation. The dredges can be supplied with Dirty Work Packs to protect your ROV circuit and even build into a skid for a plug and play solution.
The Excav8 ROV mounted 6” Dredge pump is the ultimate tool for Subsea Excavation operations. It works best from as Work Class ROV that can give it a reliable hydraulic input. The system is lightweight, high powered and easy to use. Backflush fitted as standard. These tools can be adapted for different applications and the design is scalable to smaller or larger sizes. There are no depth limitations as the housing is oil compensated.

If size matters then the 8” Dredge offers a larger bore for moving larger debris. As with all systems we supply the full plus and play kit. We can also offer these with susbea deployment frames if there is a preference for the ROV to grab the suction nozzle subsea.
The Excav8 Subsea compensator range allows for the storage of incompressible fluids used in subsea operations.
They provide a positive working pressure for your hydraulic circuit preventing sea water ingress.

When tough clay hits its time to fluidise it as you Dredge. The Excav8 high flow water blaster utilises the same water pump that we use on the 6 and 8” dredges, connected to a nozzle engineered for optimum performance. It can be driven into tough clays to help fluidise the materials as the dredger is operating.
